In the morning freshly baked bread and rolls, in the evening a 'Schlemmermenü' or a home-made 'Brotzeit' from our in-house butchery. Always a treat.
Base of our kitchen is the franconian region. The recepies have traditional roots and reflect old cooking habits. Quality is our highest goal. The different meals are tasteful and fresh, regional and honest. But always with the necessary cleverness. Franconian way of living.
Seasonals from the region come first for us. In the summer months we have salads, herbs and many vegetables from our own garden, which is run by our senior boss. The fruits we use for our jams, also grow in our gardens. From our in-house butchery comes the famous franconian 'Bratwurst', ham and sausages also the sour roast. Creative ideas, fresh preperation and love for cooking, round up our menu. We maintain close connections with our others suppliers. We know the products we process. Beer from domestic breweries, wines from the surrounding wine villages. Short ways, ecologically efficient. Thats the franconian way of life.
